At Melonly, we’re all about making sure you have a great experience. However, because our services are digital, we typically don’t offer refunds on premium subscriptions—whether it’s monthly, yearly, or lifetime.

That said, we get that things don’t always go as planned. If you run into any technical issues that prevent you from using your subscription, let us know, and we’ll do our best to sort it out. In certain situations, we may offer a refund. If you think you’re eligible, just shoot us an email at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, and we’ll take a look.

For lifetime subscriptions, please note that “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Melonly service, not yours. If the service is discontinued or access is revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. If a user issues a chargeback on their payment for Melonly services without a valid reason, or in violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate the user’s account immediately. Chargebacks are considered a breach of our terms and may result in the suspension or permanent termination of access to our services.
